Pentabeam started with a simple observation: every construction company we talked to was running their cost control on Excel and email. 100+ million euro contractors. Mid-market firms. It didn't matter. The same broken workflow, everywhere.
Subcontractor invoices checked by hand, or never checked. Change orders negotiated in inboxes and never reconciled against the contract. Bills of Quantities prepared manually, with no systematic check for missing scope.
The result is always the same: margin leakage that only surfaces when the books close. By then, it's too late to do anything about it.
We built Pentabeam to close that gap: one module for each of those three failure modes, running on a model trained on your own past projects rather than a generic dataset.
One brother was running construction sites, the other understands software sales. Pentabeam is built by the two of them, full time.
